Igor Kolosiuk
Co-Founder · Capability Strategy & AI Systems
Igor Kolosiuk is a technology founder and product executive working across AI, computer vision, unmanned systems and industrial product development. His earlier venture work included FlyCharged, a remote-operated UAV platform developed around modified drones, onboard cameras and sensors, a cloud-based AI backend and operator workflows.
Public records name Igor as an inventor on a 2020 published U.S. patent application for an autonomous UAV docking, storage, charging and refuelling station. His public professional profile also describes work since 2014 across computer vision, unmanned and ISR systems, including remote-surveillance workflows for border-security and peacekeeping contexts.
His industrial background includes founder and board roles in Ukrainian metal-structure and construction-technology ventures. At Snake Island Lab, he leads capability framing, product strategy and evidence-system design for defence and dual-use programmes.

Sergii Vlashchenko
Co-Founder · Defence Innovation, Programme Delivery & Strategic Partnerships
Sergii Vlashchenko is a Ukrainian strategy, business-development and defence-innovation executive based in Vancouver. Across more than 20 years, he has worked in public-sector technology, critical infrastructure, AI, information integrity and unmanned and autonomous systems.
From 2014 to 2022, he founded and led iStrategy, delivering government and defence-related technology programmes involving Ukraine’s infrastructure institutions and Ministry of Defence. During 2022–2024, his civilian advisory and project work covered critical-infrastructure protection, logistics, defence innovation, technology evaluation, procurement and manufacturing assessment, and classified defence-innovation projects for other Ukrainian governmental agencies, with details withheld.
He also led an AI counter-propaganda initiative and received a Ministry of Defence of Ukraine award in 2024. Today, at Snake Island Lab and Sigen AI, he leads Canada–Ukraine partnerships, programme design, institutional engagement, commercialisation and adoption pathways for defence and dual-use technologies.
His international work connects Ukrainian expertise with Canadian and allied ecosystems; he is open to senior advisory mandates in the UAE and other international markets, subject to contract, visa and security requirements.
